Thermal Phase Change Materials
High Performance Thermal Phase Change Material is used as a gap filler
between high power processors and thermal modules. Low thermal resistance improves the transfer capacity between the heat-generating parts and the heat-dissipating parts. When heat source temperature reaches the phase change point, tiny gaps will be filled automatically by PCM with high wettability on the surface.
